Lacey’s role as Client Service Manager utilizes her years of experience to ensure the Client Service Team has the resources and support needed to provide Berman Capital clients with exceptional client service. Lacey also works in tandem with the team, assisting with client needs, improving efficiencies, and jumping in on cross functional projects within the firm.
What Makes Lacey Knowledgeable
After joining Berman Capital Advisors in 2018, Lacey worked as Client Service Associate, broadly assisting clients across the firm, and spearheading projects to improve team procedures and efficiencies. Prior to joining Berman Capital, Lacey worked as an Associate on the client services team at a registered investment advisor in the Atlanta area for four years. Here Lacey worked largely with high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutions. She was responsible for opening and maintaining client accounts, managing client requests, working closely with portfolio managers and advisors on custom reports and presentations, planning firm events, and working on various projects within the marketing team. Lacey graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and a minor in Hospitality and Communications. She obtained her Registered Investment Advisor Representative designation in 2017 after successfully completing the Series 65 exam.

When Lacey is not in the office, she and her husband Nick can be found cooking up new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors with their boxer Sadie, planning their next travel adventure, or trying new restaurants around Atlanta.
